Steve & Karla Stoffelsen

Steve & Karla are founders of House of Refuge Street Ministries in Chiquimulilla, Guatemala.  They work with homeless people and prostitutes. Their ministry has brought deliverance to many. They also preach the Gospel throughout Guatemala, El Salvador, Canada and the United States.
